Residential Development Process

  1. Once you have identified a parcel of land, we will assist in qualifying and determining the feasibility of a development project. This process includes reviewing the physical characteristics of the parcel, determining what utilities are available, evaluating roadway access, establishing a lot count and identifying zoning needs, and ultimately determining the financial viability of the project. Will it produce a fair profit?
  2. If the project is determined to be feasible, we will assist the client in assembling the necessary project team, and begin planning the particulars of the project. H1 will serve as the single point of contact for all activity related to the project – this allows us to be most effective and makes it so that our clients only need to make one call to us to learn all that is going on at any given time.
  3. We will manage all of the engineering and other requisite specialty consultants, while always keeping an eye out for how we can save the client money whether through negotiating contract pricing or value engineering opportunities in the design. Our vast knowledge of the industry always results in us saving more money than we cost!
  4. When the project is approved to construct, H1 Associates will continue as the single point of contact and be sure that the project remains on schedule for timely completion. We have a very large network of contractors to offer to our clients to ensure the very best pricing and quality of work.
  5. We take tremendous pride in the delivery of our projects with exceptional attention to detail. For we know that in this industry, a happy end-user is most important.
