Commercial Development Process
- We provide value to the client from when the project is just a concept until the building is completed. H1 Associates can manage the design of the project including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc; and also lead the construction. We will provide a leadership role for the client and host progress meetings with the project team.
- H1 will produce monthly progress reports which include financials, schedule updates, photos, and critical owner items. We will manage all project documentation including RFI’s, submittals, invoices, schedule updates, establishing the budget and forecasting costs.
- As the project nears completion, H1 will coordinate all commissioning, government inspections, and financial close-out.
- We consider ourselves as the first phone call any developer should make before beginning a project!
